Choose Canada for…
- French language opportunities in an exciting location
- World-class natural landscapes
- Multicultural cities and well-balanced lifestyles
The world’s second largest country is home to some of the rawest natural attractions and most satisfied citizens on the planet. From the Rocky Mountains to Niagara Falls, grizzly bears to humpback whales, Vancouver to Montreal; Canada’s 3.5 million miles create an endless landscape of inspiration and adventure for school groups.
Relax on the beaches of Lake Ontario whilst taking in Toronto’s iconic skyline, then step into the epicentre of Canada’s music, film and fashion industries. Follow the Saint Lawrence River to multi-cultural Montreal, where over 30,000 artworks and four different ecosystems are found in city-wide science and art museums. Continue along the watercourse to the ancient city of Quebec, where bronze church spires rise above fortified city walls. Or fly west to Vancouver’s iced peaks, glittering coastline and water-front forests.
Canada presents a unique opportunity for students to enrich their educational experiences in a safe and spectacular country. Alongside curriculum objectives, students are invited to explore the fusion of French and English culture, investigate the lucrative adventure-sports industry, question the clash between resource extraction and environmental conservation, and examine the positive lifestyles of Canada’s contented population.
