Explore the ancient streets of St Malo and learn about the adventurers and pirates who lived here. See the city’s crenelated walls and visit the 360 degree aquarium. Sketch the turrets and conical roofs of intact chateaux and examine megalithic structures across the region. Study castle ruins in Le Guido and half-timbered houses in Rennes. Count the towers at Fougères and the celebrities in Dinard. Look south to idyllic islands, or nip into Normandy to experience Mont St Michel.
