Lido di Jesolo is a large, fashionable resort, less than 50km from Venice. It serves as an ideal base combining the leisure facilities of a well established resort with the rich culture of the surrounding region. Venice and Lido di Jesolo both offer choirs and orchestras an array of suitable venues. St. Mark's Basilica and the Basilica of SS. Giovanni and Paolo offer sacred choirs unforgettable venues in which to participate in mass. Concerts can also be arranged in one of Venice's beautiful churches, including the Church of Madonna dell 'Orto, the Santa Maria dei Miracoli and SS. Redentore. Lido di Jesolo and its neighbouring towns have numerous lively outdoor venues where concerts, popular with locals and tourists, take place after 9pm in the summer.

7 Days in Venice
Day 1:
Depart school. Connect with an afternoon channel crossing.
Travel overnight on your coach.
Day 2:
Arrive at your accommodation in the afternoon. Your coach is not available due to drivers' regulations. Start your discovery of the city on foot. The main places of interest are close to each other.
Your first included meal is evening dinner.
Day 3:
Full day to Venice. We suggest that your coach takes the party to Punta Sabbioni from where you can take a vaporetta (Venetian water bus) to St Mark's Square (Vaporetto ticket not included). See the magnificent Square, St Mark's Basilica, The Doge's Palace, Bridge of Sighs and Law Courts. Take a vaporetto along The Grand Canal, Venice's principal waterway lined with beautiful palaces.
Evening concert in SS. Redentore in Venice.
Day 4:
Full day to Verona and Padua. Verona is a beautiful town with a large Roman amphitheatre and associations with Romeo and Juliet. Padua is an art centre and place of pilgrimage.
Evening concert in Lido di Jesolo.
Day 5:
Full day at Aqualandia outdoor water park in Lido di Jesolo (Entrance fee not included).
Evening Concert in Cortellazzo in the Parocchia S. Giuseppe.
Day 6:
Spend the day at leisure in resort. Your coach is not available due to driver's regulations. Depart in the late afternoon with packed dinner, your last included meal, and travel overnight.
Overnight on Coach.
Day 7:
Connect with a morning channel crossing. Return to school.
