Buzzing with creativity, Barcelona is a superb destination to inspire your business students. Sail around the port to trace the city’s history as one of the most important Mediterranean trading centres. The region was one of the first to go through the industrialisation process as Barcelona developed a strong textile industry; the city is now vying to be a world leader in the fashion trade. STS offer several business focused tours including a visit to the Stock Exchange, a Dairy or Wine producers.

Your students can delve into the workings of the Olympic Stadium or tour Barcelona Football Club to investigate the importance of marketing and customer service. Business studies visits could include a tour of a brewery the TV station or one the famous wine making centres in the area. 4 Days to Barcelona by Air

Day 1:
Depart from UK. Meet your overseas coach transfer to take you to your accommodation. Flight time permitting; spend the afternoon at leisure to explore the resort. Return to your accommodation.

Day 2:
Take a tour of Barcelona harbour, visit the Post office sorting office, then spend the afternoon on a tour of  Camp Nou, home of Barcelona Football Club. Return to your accommodation in the evening.

Day 3:
Spend the morning visiting the Stock Exchange. Explore the city including the Gaudi works at Parc Guell. In the evening take a walk around the Gothic Quarter and Las Ramblas to see the sights by night.

Day 4:
In the morning visit the Olympic village before transferring back to the airport for your return flight back to the UK.
