Select Your Destination
Having selected your School Tour destination, please call our Tours Department on
870 240 6828 or contact your regional travel adviser, who will be able to give you details and availability for all STS destinations. |
Step 2 |
Make a provisional Booking
You can then make a Provisional Booking which will be held for 14 days. This two week period will allow you to promote your School Tour to your students and also collect first deposits. |
Step 3 |
Promote Your STS School Tour
In order to help you promote your tour, we will send you an information pack and a poster to be displayed around your school, along with your Booking Form. If required, we can also send you STS pupils savings cards and a powerpoint presentation for our main destinations. |
Step 4 |
Confirm Your Booking
On receipt of your provisional booking we will send an official booking form for you to complete. This must be returned together with your deposits - please see 'Step 5' for the amount payable (for groups travelling by air: a full passenger names list is also required at this time). This payment includes your insurance premium. On receipt of your Booking Form,
we will forward your tour confirmation.

Deposits
Deposits are payable per paying member in two stages as detailed below. All are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
ppp = per paying passenger.
First Deposits
£35.00 ppp European Coach Tours.
£75.00 ppp European Air Tours.
£100.00 ppp Worldwide Air Tours.
Second Deposits
Eight weeks after your first deposit,
second deposits are due:
£65.00 ppp European Coach Tours.
£75.00 ppp European Air Tours.
£100.00 ppp Worldwide Air Tours.

Step 6 |
Complete a Final Numbers Form
A Final Numbers Form for final details of your group will be sent out with your STS Information Pack. We ask you to return this to the Company to reach us no later than 16 weeks prior to your departure date. |
Step 7 |
Final Payment
Your final balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure. |
Step 8 |
Final Travel Pack
Approximately three weeks before departure you will receive your final travel pack which will include your travel itinerary and any other essential information. |
