How to Book with STS
Just call 0870 240 6828 to speak to one of our experienced Travel Advisors who can help plan the perfect tour for your group. We can make a provisional reservation and hold it for two weeks without obligation giving you time to promote your trip and collect first deposits.
On receipt of your provisional booking we will send you a Booking Form for you to complete. Simply return this together with your first deposits and we will do the rest and send through your STS Pack. For Air Groups a full passenger names list is also required at this time. Second deposits are due 8 weeks after receipt of your first deposits.
Final Numbers Forms need to be completed no later than 16 weeks before your departure date and your final balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure. Approximately three weeks before your tour you will receive your final Travel Pack which will include your travel itinerary and any other essential information.
Promoting Your Tour
We will send you an information pack and a poster to be displayed around your school. We can also send you STS pupil savings cards and a PowerPoint presentation for our main destinations.
Deposits
Deposits are payable per paying member in two stages as detailed below.
First Deposits
Payable on completion of Booking Form
£35.00 European Coach Tours.
£75.00 European Air Tours & Eurostar Tours.
£100.00 Worlwide Air Tours.
Second Deposits
Payable 8 weeks after first deposits.
£65.00 European Coach Tours.
£75.00 European Air Tours & Eurostar Tours.
£125.00 Worlwide Air Tours.
All deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
