LOTC Badge / Adventure / Watersports
Please note that currently the Adventure programme is not covered by the LOTC Quality Badge. The School Travel Forum and the Council for Learning Outside the Classroom are in the process of working together to clarify the criteria under which recognition can be given for adventurous activities such as the ones included in our Adventure programme.
All other STS Tours hold the LOTC Badge.
The programmes are available from mid June to the end of August.

Sample Itinerary - 7 DAY ALPINE ADVENTURE PROGRAMME BY EXPRESS COACH
Day 1
Depart school, connect with an evening Channel crossing. Continue overnight in your full-spec British touring coach.
Day 2
Arrive in resort in the late morning for lunch, your first inclusive meal. After lunch you will have a briefing about the weeks programme with our representative who will co-ordinate your activities. Mini-golf. Evening pop quiz.
Water sports session on Lake Geneva, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing or catamaraning - combined with an excursion to Yvoire. Evening: karaoke.
Day 5
Excursion day visit to Chamonix . Evening: disco.
Day 6
Guided mountain hike taking a packed lunch. Time at leisure for shopping or relaxation before your evening departure. After evening dinner, return overnight to your channel port.
Day 7
Connect with a morning channel crossing, return to school.
Groups may wish to include an Adventure Park at a supplement.

Day 3
Watersports session on Lake Geneva, selection of sailing, windsurfing, canoeing or catamaraning combined with excursion to Geneva for sightseeing. Evening karaoke.
Day 4
Watersports session on Lake Geneva. Afternoon tennis or archery.
Day 5
Morning watersports session combined with excursion to Yvoire and swimming.
Day 6
Full day excursion to Chamonix.
Day 7
guided mountain walk taking a packed lunch. Time at leisure for shopping or relaxation before your evening departure. Return overnight to your channel port.
Day 8
Connect with a morning channel crossing, return to school.

Day 1
Depart the UK and travel to Geneva by air. Transfer to your accommodation is included in the tour price.
Day 2
Watersports session on Lake Geneva, selection of sailing, windsurfing, canoeing or catamaraning combined with excursion to Geneva for sightseeing. Evening karaoke.
Day 3
Watersports session on Lake Geneva. Afternoon tennis or archery.
Day 4
Morning watersports session combined with excursion to Yvoire and swimming.
Day 5
Coach transfer to Geneva airport (included). Return flight to the UK.
