Coach Travel Arrangements

Departing from your school and returning to school by standard touring coach, arriving at your centre on Day 1 and departing from the centre on the final day.

Minimum group size: Coach tour price is based on 35 paying passengers. Supplements apply for smaller groups.

Standard Channel Crossing

• Ferry: Dover to Calais: 1½ hours.
• Other channel crossings: Available at a supplementary charge.
  Eurotunnel: Folkestone to Calais: 35 minutes platform to platform.

Transfer Times

• Calais to Tours: 7 hours

Tour Length

• 4 days. Extra days at a supplement.

Meal Arrangements

Full Board:
First Meal - Evening meal on Day 1.
Final Meal - Packed lunch on the final day.

Tour Variations

• Two Centre Tour: combine your stay with a visit to Paris.

Tours

Tours provides an excellent base for visiting the châteaux and vineyards of the Loire Valley. This town also has many attractions of its own, including the Gothic Cathedral St Gatien, Musée des Beaux-Arts, the beautiful stone and half-timbered houses of Old Tours and the small shops and boutiques located around Place Plumerau.
