The Moselle river winds its way from Luxembourg, through the Eifel and Hunsruck regions and the historic city of Trier, to join the Rhine at Koblenz. This slow, meandering river flows through some of the prettiest scenery in Germany. The Moselle is dotted with romantic castles and quaint towns which nestle among the terraced vineyards whose harvest is used to produce the famous Riesling wine.
With a more tranquil atmosphere than the busy Rhine, the Moselle Valley offers an excellent choice of excursions in both the surrounding area and further afield in the Rhineland.
All of our arrangements are flexible and STS are happy to quote you for any variations you may choose.
