This large fashionable Venetian resort is less than 50km from Venice and serves as an ideal base combining the leisure facilities of a well-established resort with the rich culture of the surrounding region.

Lido di Jesolo is very Italian in style with a wide sandy beach and plenty of recreational activities during the summer.

A major attraction of Lido di Jesolo is its proximity to Venice which can be reached by road or by waterbus across the lagoon from nearby Punta Sabbioni.

The waterbus arrives spectacularly close to St Mark's Square, the heart of Venice. From here you may explore Venice on foot or alternatively take a 'vaporetto' along the Grand Canal to view the glorious palazzi - or just meander and discover the Venice of the Venetians.

All of our arrangements are flexible and STS are happy to quote you for any variations you may choose.

Sample Itinerary - 7 DAYS TO LIDO DI JESOLO BY EXPRESS COACH
Day 1	Depart school. Connect with an early evening Channel crossing. Travel overnight on your coach.
Day 2	Arrive at your accommodation in the early afternoon. The rest of the day is free to relax and enjoy your resort. Your coach is not available due to drivers' regulations. Your first included meal is evening dinner.
Day 3-5	Excursions of your choice. We suggest the following: • Full day to Venice - Your coach will take you to Punta Sabbioni. Take a waterbus (fare not included) to St Mark's Square to see St Mark's Basilica, The Campanile, The Doge's Palace, The Bridge of Sighs and the Law Courts. Take a waterbus along the Grand Canal for a view of the sumptuous architecture, the Rialto Bridge and the activity on the waterways. • Morning - To enjoy your resort. • Afternoon - Visit to Vicenza and the surrounding hills. • Full day - Visit Verona and Padua.
Day 6	The morning is free to enjoy your resort. Your coach is not available due to drivers' regulations. Depart in the afternoon with packed evening dinner, your last included meal and travel overnight.
Day 7	Connect with a morning Channel crossing. Return to school.
