STS offers a choice of different hotels in Lloret-de-Mar, Calella and Rosas.

Lloret de Mar

Lloret de Mar, on the Mediterranean, was once a small fishing village, but now its wide promenade is lined with palm trees and open air cafés. The attractive sand and shingle beach is overlooked by an 11th century castle on the rocky headland.

Garbi Park

This superb value hotel, offers groups a friendly atmosphere, high standard of accommodation and excellent facilities. Official Rating: 3 Star

Location: In a residential area only 200 metres away from the beach, close to the old quarter of Lloret de Mar.
Facilities: Garbi Park has spacious lounges, satellite TV, bar and outside swimming pool (unsupervised). During low season guests can use the indoor heated swimming pool (unsupervised) of the adjacent sister hotel.
Accommodation: In bedrooms for 3 pupils and all rooms have private facilities, balcony and TV.
Meal Basis: Full Board

Calella

Located on the Costa del Maresme, Calella has a long wide beach. There is an old quarter with little side streets and squares lined with quaint buildings and a good selection of shops and cafés. Calella is approximately a 45 minute drive from Barcelona.

Fully refurbished, this hotel offers an excellent standard of accommodation.

Facilities: Restaurant, lounge-bar, games room, TV room, boutique, 2 lifts, swimming pool (unsupervised), solarium and children's playground.
Accommodation: In bedrooms for up to 4 pupils, all have private facilities and balcony.
Meal Basis: Full Board.

Rosas

The resort has an indoor swimming pool and on the outskirts is the Aqua Brava Water Park, open May - Oct. Bowling is available in the neighbouring village of Empuriabrava (5 kms). A weekly market takes place on a Sunday morning.

Hotel Montmar

Modern family run hotel.

Location: In the centre of the resort of Rosas, 200 metres from the beach.
Facilities: Pleasant restaurant, bar, karaoke machine, meeting room (groups can meet in the restaurant: during certain hours).
Accommodation:: Students are accommodated 3/4 to a room. All rooms have private facilities with satellite TV, air conditioning, heating and telephone.
Meal Basis: Full Board.

Cala Llevado

The Club Aire Libre is ideally situated in the middle of the L'Ardeya national park a protected area of mediterranean forest. Tossa de Mar is 3kms away and Barcelona is 80kms.

Facilities: Excellent facilities for educational, entertainment and sporting activities. On site sporting facilities include an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal opening), volleyball, indoor football and a jogging circuit. There are 3 grass football pitches (1 full size, 2 training pitches - hire charges apply) and an Adventure Sports area (one adventure session is included during your stay otherwise a supplement applies). The centre has a restaurant, bar and a group dining room. There are four beaches, an amusement arcade and activity room.
Watersports sessions: Can include sailing, canoeing and snorkelling. Available May-Sep. To participate in water based activities students must be able to swim at least 50m (written confirmation required). Life jackets will be provided. Watersports instructors will be qualified.
Accommodation:: In wooden bungalow's for 6-8 people. Each bungalow has full private facilities, storage space, fridge, central heating and porch area with table and chairs.
Meal Basis: Full Board.
