The course is based on study modules consisting of two sessions; a cookery demonstration and a food related visit in the surrounding area.

Landing Beaches of World War II |
|
Ideal for pupils studying World War II. The course enables students to re-live the events of the Battle of Normandy which altered the course of modern history. The course incorporates background information projects and question sheets.

Geography Study Course |
|
This course is modular in structure with half and full day modules allowing you to tailor the course. Many modules have cross curricular starting points outlining the study of geographical and environmental issues, encouraging the development of knowledge, understanding, communication, problem solving, investigation, evaluation and personal and social skills. The fieldwork activities are ideal in support of GCSE exams and would provide data for pupils to use as part of individual study course work.

The course comprises tasks and assignments covering the main skills involved in language learning. The work is graded, therefore suitable for students at Key Stage 3 and 4 GCSE or those at an earlier stage of learning German.

| To complement our touring programme STS has a curriculum based study course book. This project book is for students at KS3 and GCSE level, in particular those studying the Great War as a supplementary unit. Copies can be purchased at a supplement of £3.75 to include p&p.
