We base the price of coach tours on a minimum of 35 full fare paying passengers. Our air tours are more bespoke; please contact us to discuss minimum group sizes. Eurostar tours are based on a minimum of 10 paying passengers. We will cater for smaller groups and supplementary charges are available on request.
Free Places
A free place ratio of 1:8 is given for coach tours.
A free place ratio of 1:10 is given for air tours and Eurostar tours.
Comprehensive Travel Insurance
We include comprehensive travel insurance in all of our tours. View the Party Leaders Admin page to download a copy of our insurance policy.
Transport – Coach Groups
- Return travel from any school on the UK mainland to Europe. Parties from off-shore UK regions, including Northern Ireland, are picked up and returned to the mainland port at no additional charge
- Ferry crossing (except for tours in the UK)
- Your school group will have the use of the coach for the duration of the tour; strictly subject to EU legislation concerning drivers' hours
- Road taxes
Transport – Air Groups
- Return flight from UK airport to the overseas Airport (sales can base quotes on any requested airport, subject to availability and cost)
- All airport taxes (at current rates)
- UK passenger departure tax (at current rates)
- ATOL Protection Contribution (CAA Levy)
- Return transfer from continental arrival airport to your hotel
Transport – Eurostar Groups
- Return travel from London St Pancras International, Ebbsfleet International direct to Paris.
Excursions and Visits
We offer a free excursion booking service. We are more than happy to pre-book the excursions requested, where possible. All of our tours are bespoke and we can include the attraction prices into the final tour price, at your request. Please specify this to our sales representatives.
Party Leader Family Concessions
Generous Party Leader family concessions are available on all European Coach and Air tours; this is not available on Worldwide tours.
- Party leaders' spouse: 50% reduction on basic tour price
- Party leaders' child (age 2-16 years): 25% reduction on basic tour price
Terms & Conditions
- Concessions are only available to the Party Leader who has signed the booking form
- A maximum of two concessions per booking is available
- A minimum of 30 full paying passengers for European coach tours and 40 full paying members for European air tours is required for the concession to be given
- All supplements must be paid in full
- Family members must share a room
Children under 2 years
- European coach programme: free of charge
- European air programme: POA (children share a seat on the aircraft and do not have a baggage allowance)
- Children must be allocated with their own seat on the coach regardless of age
- Services required must be paid direct to the accommodation

- Additional Adults in excess of free place ratio pay the student price plus a supplement of £11 per night, based on two sharing a room
- Single rooms are strictly subject to availability and include a supplementary charge
- Passport and Visa charges, where applicable. Visa charges for non-British citizens
- Air tour excursions and transportation to excursions, unless it is specifically stated that they are included in the tour price
- Tour guides, unless it is specifically stated that they are included in the tour price.
