Conditions

• Concessions are only available to the Group Leader who has signed the booking form.

• Maximum two concessions per booking.

• Minimum of 30 full paying passengers for European Coach Tours and 40 full paying members for European Air Tours.

• All supplements must be paid in full.

• Family members must share a room.

Children under 2 years

• European coach programme: free of charge.

• European air programme: £35 (includes airport tax and insurance)..

• Conditions as detailed above apply.

• Children share a seat on the aircraft and do not have a baggage allowance.

• Children must be allocated with their own seat on the coach regardless of age.

• Services required must be paid direct to the accommodation.
