STS are delighted to offer this brand new African Adventure for schools.
In partnership with a well established youth specialist operator to East Africa, groups will have the opportunity to experience the wildlife, the local culture and scenery and participate in sustainable local community projects. This ‘hands on’ tour will help students develop key life skills, such as effective communication, leadership and responsibility, teamwork, problem solving, decision making and use of initiative. Students will gain satisfaction and pride from their contribution working in partnership with the local community.
Based from Camp Kenya’s Wildlife Discovery Camp in the Tsavo Region, this trip provides students with a wide range of community & wildlife activities. Camp Tsavo is located on a 75,000-acre ranch packed with wildlife and home to several indigenous rural communities. The Ranch sits between the National Parks of Tsavo East and West which combined make the largest National Park area in Kenya and one of the biggest in the world.
